My Kids Rock

My Kids Rock is a fun, inclusive program providing an enjoyable interactive musical experience for parents/carers and their children under 5 years of age. This program offers six music-based sessions during each school term, intentionally designed to enhance early years development and build confidence through increasing knowledge and social connection for parents and their young families.
What to expect: our bubble machine is turned on at 9:15am to fill our space with fun, playful bubbles creating awe and delight for all who enter. At this time families can register, take shoes off and get settled. At 9:30am we begin our music session which incorporates singing with actions, rhythmic movement using props, playing percussion instruments, storytelling and pretend play. We share morning tea after the music session at around 10 o’clock, followed by a sociable time of free play for both children and families to connect with one another.
